This Privacy Policy explains how AI Class Pro (the "App") collects and processes personal data when you use our services (together, the "Services").

AI Class Pro is operated by UpWise Tech Limited ("we", "our", or "us").

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU PROMISE THAT:

(i) you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy; and

(ii) you are 18 years of age or older.

If you do not agree, or cannot make this promise, you must not use the Services.

1) Personal Data We Collect

1.1 Data you provide

  • Account data — email address or phone number (used to create and access your account), and display name or other profile information you choose to share

  • Support communications — messages you send to us, and information you provide when contacting support

1.2 Data collected automatically

  • Device and app information (device type/model, operating system, app version, language)

  • Learning and usage data (e.g., courses viewed, lessons completed, XP earned, badges unlocked, quiz scores, session timestamps, in-app interactions)

  • Diagnostics and logs (crash reports, performance data, error logs)

  • Approximate location inferred from IP address (typically country/city level) for security and service operations

Note on third-party AI tools: Our courses teach tools such as Suno, Midjourney, and NotebookLM using pre-generated content and interactive sandboxes hosted within AI Class Pro. You do not need an account with any of these tools. Your in-app activity stays with us and is not transmitted to those third-party providers.

2) How We Use Personal Data

We process personal data to:

  • Provide and operate the App (account access, content delivery, XP and progress tracking, gamification features)

  • Authenticate you using your email address or phone number

  • Enable subscriptions and entitlements (confirm premium access)

  • Improve and develop the App (debugging, performance, course content improvements)

  • Provide customer support and respond to requests

  • Protect the Services (security, fraud prevention, abuse detection)

  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal data.

3) Subscriptions and Payments

AI Class Pro is subscription-based. Payments are processed only by:

  • Apple App Store (iOS), and/or

  • Google Play Store (Android)

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Billing information is handled by Apple/Google under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may receive subscription status / entitlement information (e.g., whether your subscription is active) to provide premium access.

4) How We Share Personal Data

We may share personal data only as needed to operate AI Class Pro, including with:

4.1 Service providers

We may use trusted vendors to help us run the App (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support tooling). These providers are required to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.

4.2 Apple and Google

Apple and Google process certain data as part of app distribution and subscription purchases.

4.3 Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request

  • protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, and the Services

  • prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

5) Your Choices and Rights

You can:

  • update your email address or phone number via Account Settings

  • manage notifications via your device settings

  • request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see Section 8)

We will make reasonable efforts to honor valid requests, subject to legal and security requirements.

6) Age Limitation (18+)

AI Class Pro is offered only to users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

7) Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

  • provide the Services

  • comply with legal obligations

  • resolve disputes and enforce agreements

  • maintain security and prevent fraud

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
